Training

Visual impairment awareness training aims to equip participants with confidence and skills.  With these, each individual member of staff can contribute to the accessibility of your organisation.  Training can be tailored to suit your organisation, with a mixture of practice and theory as appropriate.

Helping you Support your Employees

if you have an employee or job applicant who is blind or visually impaired, we can advise on procedures, assessments and support available.  We can also advise on preparing emergency evacuation plans.

Improving your Environment

We can make recommendations to improve the use of lighting, colour and tactile contrast and signage in your work environment. 

Creating Clear Marketing

To maximise the impact of your visual marketing, we can ensure that it is visually clear; if people with a visual impairment can see it, your potential customers won't be able to miss it.  To provide this service, we can work in conjunction with local designers to follow up on our advice.
