Definitions

The supplier is Create Vision UK who will provide the training.

The purchaser is the buyer of training or consultancy.

Copyright

The design of courses and course materials are copyright to the supplier; Mary Parsons, Create Vision UK.

What can you expect from Create Vision UK?

The training will be delivered on the agreed date and time, and to a high standard.

Create Vision UK occasionally works with associates to deliver training.  This would be agreed beforehand with the purchaser.  Individuals and companies we work with are carefully selected and will offer an equally high standard of training.

The price will be agreed beforehand and in writing.

What Create Vision UK requests of clients

Where a price has been agreed beforehand, the purchaser will be liable to pay.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the training date will incur no cost.

Cancellations from 4 weeks to 1 weeks will incur 50% of the agreed training costs.

Cancellations under 1 week will incur 100% of the agreed training costs.

Where a purchaser has requested that time be spent tailoring training materials and costs, an admin fee may be charged.

Invoicing

An invoice will be issued at the time of training, with 30 days to pay.

In the case of cancellation, an invoice will be provided at this time.

Create Vision UK retains the right to claim costs for debt recovery where an invoice is not paid.

General

Terms and conditions may vary with individual contracts.  Where an individual contract gives specific information, the points outlined in this document will still stand.
